Sport: Angel Cabrera

I like the Masters, in spite of the sexist policies of the host Augusta National Golf Club. It's one of the great sporting events of the year, and it's tailor-made for High Definition TV. Angel Cabrera's win on the second playoff hole Sunday was a great treat to watch, as the culmination of a dramatic day of action. Phil Mickelson's front nine 30 put him back in contention...his wet tee shot on the 12th hole effectively took him out. Tiger Woods said it himself...he hit his worst drive on the first hole, and struggled all day.

Sadly, most people with a marginal interest in golf weren't around to see the end of the Masters, because -- and it's been proven -- many times viewers run away from TV golf when Woods or Mickelson fall out of contention.
