50-year old Mark Martin is this week's winner of the NASCAR Cup Series race, in Phoenix on Saturday night.
There is no active driver more respected than Mark Martin, at least in stock car racing, and he's a testament to the idea that you don't have to "slow down" in mid-life. Moreover, Martin's got the right attitude about life. Gratitude.
